In-Store Service and Repair: Our highly trained technicians work in-store to diagnose and recommend a course of action to solve your computer issues. After diagnosing the problem you will be contacted and informed of the necessary steps to repair your PC. Then, upon approval, your computer will be repaired (Most computers repaired in 24 hours or less). A $40 diagnostic fee applies to all computers dropped off at the store which includes hardware and software scans to determine the cause of your problems.

On-Site Service and Repair: On-site service is the most convenient way to have your computer problems resolved. One of our trained technicians will come to your home to fix most hardware, software or network issues. Appointments can be scheduled Monday to Friday from 9:30AM to 5:00PM. For other arrangements please call to discuss needs. On-site service rate is $75 per hour with one hour minimum charge. Trip charges may apply depending on location. See below for service area.

Computer Cleaning: Dust is the most common for hardware failure in computers. Dust acts as an insulator inside a computer slowing fans and decreasing airflow which allows heat to build up. This additional heat can cause major problems inside a computer and dust needs to be removed when possible. Please ask about this service as it could greatly impact the life of your computer.
